Dr Rolando Atiga, our Medical Director, has over ten years’ experience in Occupational Medicine and is currently an instructor for Loma Linda University Medical School. For over twenty years, Dr. John Ellis has provided the Temecula Valley Orthopedic and Occupational medical care. For twenty years Dr. Ellis served as a Qualified Medical Examiner for the California Workers Compensation Appeals Board. Dr. Ellis understands the needs of the employers, their workers and their insurers.
The Alliance philosophy incorporates timely patient visits, appropriate treatment, and aggressive back to work strategies. We work with employers and their insurance companies to minimize lost work days and costs. We communicate frequently with them to stream line the process and provide appropriate and cost-effective care. Our experience tells us that communication and timely attention to detail creates the best results possible.
